Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before programme commencement receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of programme start receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided once a programme has begun, except as stated in our satisfaction guarantee (first session refund policy).
We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.
